TRE Fantastico (at the Parkside)

Tre Fantastico began by focusing on three (tre) of our favourite beverages: espresso, ale, and wine. Today we have an amazing BC wine list, with a focus on Vancouver Island, a fun and approachable selection of local craft ales, and of course, our coffee remains a staple at any Fantastico table. Our menu reflects our inviting array of beverages featuring thoughtful, locally-driven cooking.

Opened in 2011 in the Parkside Hotel, Tre Fantastico continues the bright design aesthetic that has become a common thread at all three of our locations.  Sitting adjacent to historic St Anne’s Academy, our expansive floor to ceiling windows, walnut and concrete bar, and live edge wood slab tabletops provide a comfortable and inviting West Coast setting. Tre Fantastico borders beautiful Beacon Hill Park and lively downtown Victoria drawing in longtime locals and well traveled tourists.

Our commitment to quality and authenticity in our coffee has been made manifest in the food we serve at Tre Fantasico. Living on Vancouver Island provides us with a bounty of local foods that allows us to bring a creative expression to the dishes we love to serve our friends and family. Our menu capitalizes on seasonal harvests and the diversity in local farming to serve approachable yet elevated bistro food. The extensive BC-only wine list, hand picked by owner Kristy Taylor, also includes a unique selection of Island produced wines that can serve as the perfect match to any meal or small bite on our menu.
