Private Event Rental – Kings Road Roastery
We are looking forward to having your next great event at the Caffe Fantastico Roastery. When It comes to the type of event that you would like to have, below are parameters to help get you started with deciding what path you want to take:
Dates and Times:
- Full space is available outside of business hours, Sunday – Wednesday evening. Special exceptions may be made by request.
- Lower level dining room can be rented by request, during open hours on certain evenings.

Roastery location is open : Sunday – Wednesday 7am-6:30pm,
Thursday - Saturday 7am –9pm
Holidays 8am-5pm
Room Rental and Staffing:
Lower Room (if during quieter opening hours)
- 50 People max
- Room Rate is $100 per hour
- Minimum of $15 per person for snack pre-ordered food, depending on event
- Licensed bar for all Beverages (Coffee, Craft Beer, BC Wine, Cider (can be preordered)
- 18% gratuity to be added to agreed food bill
- $35 /hr for each working staff member
- 1 Staff member for every 12 guests (with minimum of 2)
Entire Restaurant
- 75 People max
- Room Rate is $150 per hour
- 1 staff member for every 12 guests (with minimum of 2), $35/hr working staff member
Food and Beverage:
- Outside food or drink is not permitted unless pre-approved
- Cake can be brought in. (cake cutting fee if use of Knife is needed)
- Coffee, Tea, Juices, Beer, Wine, Cider are all to be sold on the Cash Bar. (this is not included in the total food cost)
- Current menu items and share plates available, to be coordinated with Roastery Chef.
- Charcuterie from Fantastico bar-deli is also a great option depending on budget.
Booking:
- Non-Refundable Deposit of 30% required to secure private rental, at a minimum of one week in advance of event.
