Private Event Rental – Dockside Green bar-deli

Thank you for inquiring about private rentals at Fantastico bar-deli, located at 398 Harbour Road, Dockside Green. We are happy to provide you with the following parameters for private event rentals, allowing us to work with you to host an event to remember!

Dates and Times:

• Our full space including restaurant, cafe and licensed patio is available for private rental outside of our service hours.  
• Currently this sees the space available 7-days a week, from 6pm onward.  
   

Room Rental and Staffing:

• Min rental size 20 people
• 100 person capacity
• Room Rate is $100 per hour
• 1 staff member per every 12 guests (with minimum of 2) @ $35/hr per staff member per hour, including 1 hour clean down.
• Food budget starts $15 per guest minimum for pre ordered food for light snacks, with higher budgets encouraged for expanded food service
• Pre-ordered wine, beer and cider available, as well as drink tokens for guests.  Full or partial cash bar also available.
  
• 18% gratuity added to food bill.

Food and Beverage:

• Menu for event to be confirmed at the time of booking, working with you to achieve your vision for food based on the event type (a-la-carte, grazing boards, passed hors d'oeuvres).
• Current copy of location menu is provided as an example of food available.  Chef can price out additional options for your event based on requests.
• No outside food or drink unless otherwise approved by Caffe Fantastico.
• Coffee, Tea and soft drinks all available at the cash bar. (this is not included in the total food cost)
• For birthdays and similar celebrations, cake can be brought in (cake cutting fee applicable if knife and plates required

Booking:

• Booking is confirmed at the time that 50% deposit is received.  
• Deposit must be received at the latest 2 weeks prior to the event.
• Cancellation inside two weeks of event will be subject to deposit not being refunded.
