Sirene sourced these cocoa beans from smallholder farmers in the northeastern corner of the island of Malekula, in a community called Pinalum in the Vanuatu archipelago in the South Pacific. These neighboring family farms work contiguous patches of land and team up together to send the beans to Sirene with a caramel-y fudge richness, layered with cinnamon and allspice notes.
